Section 84(h) in Assam Co-Operative Societies Act, 2007
(h)The audit report of the accounts of a co-operative society shall be [submitted to the State Government] [Substituted 'laid before the Assam Legislative Assembly' by Assam Act No. 4 of 2019, dated 7.3.2019.] by the Registrar in any one of the sessions immediately after expiry of [210 days] [Substituted '120 days' by Assam Act No. 4 of 2019, dated 7.3.2019.] from the closure of the Co-operative year.
