Section 11(1) in The Bombay Trade Disputes Conciliation Act, 1934
(1)On the date specified in the notice under subsection (1) of section 8 or on such other date as may be fixed by the Conciliator on his motion or at the request of any of the parties to a trade dispute, the Conciliator shall hold the conciliation proceeding in the prescribed manner.
