Section 235A(2) in The Punjab Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(2)The Claims Tribunal, shall maintain in addition to all registers required to be maintained by the court of an Additional district and Sessions Judge, the following registers, namely:-(i)for applications for interim award on principle of no fault liability;and(ii)for deposit of payments in the Tribunal through cheques.
