Section 35A(3) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(3)The District Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall make a report in Form No. 8-B to the Collector on or before 30th day of September every year in respect of the market committees whose term of office is due to expire in the succeeding market year.
