Section 3(1)(s) in The Bihar Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985

(s)"Warehouse" means any place or premises licensed or established by the Commissioner of Excise and "Warehouse Officer" means any Excise Officer incharge of such Warehouse:
