(8)[ "commission agent" means a person who in the ordinary course of business makes or offers to make a purchase or sale of agricultural produce on behalf of the owner or seller or purchaser or such agricultural produce for commission;] [Substituted by Act 35 of 1986 w.e.f. 17. 6.1986]
