Section 29(3) in The Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority (Conditions Of Service Of Officers And Other Employees) Regulations, 2000
(3)Every officer and other employee shall maintain the strictest secrecy regarding the Authority's affairs and shall not divulge, directly or indirectly, any information of a confidential nature coming into his possession while working for the Authority to anyone, unless compelled to do so by judicial or other authority, or unless instructed to do so by a superior officer in the discharge of his duties.
