(b)(i)The applicant shall possess the following instruments, namely: -(A)One No. Live Line tester(B)Standard Wireguage(C)500V Insulation Testing Megger(D)Tong Tester (having volts, Ampere and ohms)(ii)A Contractor Licence shall not be granted to any holder of Competency Certificate whilst he is in the employ of a Licensed Electrical Contractor or Anywhere else.
