Section 64(1) in The Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1963
(1)The Bombay Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1939 (Bombay XXII of 1939) and the Saurashtra Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1955 (Saurashtra Act XIII of 1955) are hereby repealed.
