(a)All photographs should be taken in accordance with the provisions made in the Identification of Prisoners Act (Act No. XXXIII of 1920), the rules prescribed in Notification No. 3666 C.J. of the 16th June, 1925 and the Instructions laid down by Correction Slip No. 26 at page 57 of the Assam Police Manual, Part IV, 1931.
