Section 35(3) in The U.P. Narcotic Drugs Rules, 1986
(3)The Excise Inspector of the circle of export shall after necessary verification, make an entry on the reverse of the pass sent to him in respect of the quantity actually exported and return the same to the officer granting the pass.
