Section 8(2) in U.P. Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education (Appointment and Conditions of Service of Heads of Institution, Teachers and other employees of the Institutions Rules, 2009
(2)Where any vacancy under sub-regulation (1) is caused as a result of promotion under Regulation 3 and the period of such vacancy exceeds thirty days but docs not exceed six months, it may be filled by the Committee of Management by promotion of a duly qualified permanent teacher of the institution in the next lower grade on the basis of seniority.
