Section 3(e) in Punjab Special Economic Zone Policy
(e)'Developer' means a person or body of persons, company, firm or such other private or Government undertaking, who develops, builds, designs, organises, promotes, operates, maintains and/or manages a part or whole of the infrastructure and other facilities in the SEZ.
