(2)The personal file to be maintained in the State Government Secretariat or in the office of the Appointing Authority shall contain original orders of appointments, promotion, punishment, suspension and record of official life of a member of the service which may throw light on his working, character, conduct, etc. while personal files to be maintained in the office of the Market Committee concerned shall contain copies of the documents referred to in this rule.
