Section 61(2)(c) in The Nathdwara Temple Rules, 1973

(c)require any person having the custody or control of any movable property belonging to the temple to produce such property for his inspection or to give him such information as may be required by him subject to the usage and customs relating to the temple jewellery and articles used for the idols.
