Section 11(1) in Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2002
(1)Dr Pranav Pandya, Trustee of Shri Vedmata Gayatri Trust. Shantikunj, Haridwar, Uttaranchal, Director, Brahmavarchas Shodh Sansthan and Head, All World Gayatri Pariwar will be the first Chancellor of the Dev Sanskriti University, whose tenure shall be of five years. Thereafter Vedmata Gayatri Trust, with the previous consent of the State Government, would appoint Chancellor from amongst its trustees.
