Section 35 in The Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board Act, 2010
35. Officers and employees of the Board to be public servants.
- All officers and employees of the Board shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance to the provisions of this Act or of any rules or regulations made thereunder be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860).
