Section 62 in Rajasthan Tenancy (Government) Rules, 1955
62. Payment to be entered In cash books.
- Whenever any sum is paid either to the applicant or his authorised agent or deposited in Court, an entry to this effect with the name of the payee and the amount shall be entered in the cash book (Form G) and initialled by the Tehsildar.
