Section 2(1)(i) in The Election Expenses (Maintenance and Lodging of Account) Madhya Pradesh Order, 1997

(i)Words and expressions used but not defined in this Order but defined in the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 or the Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961 or the Madhya Pradesh Nagar Palika Nirvachan Niyam, 1994 shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in those Acts or Rules.
