Section 19(3) in The Rajasthan Zamindari and Biswedari Abolition Act, 1959
(3)The Collector shall arrange payment of the net amount of compensation to the person or persons to whom it is payable but, if any such person refuses to accept payment, the amount payable to him shall be held in deposit.
