(iv)'Service' means the Bihar Jail Service prescribed under the Appendix-B of the Bihar Public Service Commission (work limitation) Regulation, 1957 by the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department (presently General Administration Department) vide notification no. 1174 dated 20.01.1989;
