Section 6(2) in The Goa Entertainment Tax Act, 1964
(2)The proprietor [or person] [Inserted by the Amendment Act 20 of 2006.] of every entertainment and the owner or person in-charge of any place which is ordinarily used as a place of entertainment shall give every reasonable assistance to the Inspecting Officer in the performance of his duties under sub-section (1).
