74. Instruments evidencing the security to be in prescribed Form.
- Instruments evidencing the security to be taken for accommodation given by the Corporation, under sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Act shall be in the form specified by the Board and no material alteration shall be made in the form as prescribed without the approval of the Board. The Board may make such variations in the forms as may be found necessary to suit the requirement of individual cases.Provided no such instrument shall be open to challenge only on the ground that the said document or any alteration thereto is not approved by the board.
