Section 40(1) in The Haryana Sports Council Act, 2016
(1)The State Government shall, by notification, constitute an Appellate Tribunal for settling any dispute, question or any other matter and for taking decision on disputes under this Act between,-(a)State Sports Council and District Sports Council;(b)State Sports Council and sportsperson;(c)State Sports Council and sports organization;(d)District Sports Council and sportsperson;(e)District Sports Council and sports organization;(f)Sports Organization and sportsperson.
