1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

2. Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to provide an electricity connection in the property of the petitioner being House No.545, Baba Farid Puri, Patel Nagar, New Delhi.

3. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that there is no objection to grant of electricity connection, however, there is a dispute with regard to the identity of the property as on an inspection it was alleged by some residents that petitioner is occupying property No.515 and not property No.545.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the property in which petitioner is residing is 545 and she has applied for a connection for the same. He prays for time to produce some material of adjoining properties to show the correct number of the property. Let the same be filed before the next date of hearing.
