Mr. Pranay Pratap Singh, learned vice counsel for the petitioner submits that the present lis is squarely covered by the judgment dated 24.5.2012, rendered by this Court in Himachal Pradesh State Forest Development Corporation versus Bimla Sood and others, LPA No. 376 of 2011.

2. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Corporation to consider the case of the petitioner also in view of the principles laid down in the judgment cited hereinabove, within a period of six weeks from today. The pending application(s), if any, are also disposed of. No costs.
