Section 22(1) in The U.P. Judicial Service Rules, 2001
(1)Every officer appointed to the service as Civil Judge (Junior Division) shall be required to undergo training during the period of probation at the Judicial Training and Research Institute, Lucknow or elsewhere for such period as may be prescribed by the Court from time to time.
