43. Act not to apply to land held by sugarcane factory.
- Nothing contained in this Act shall apply to any land held by a sugarcane factory up to an area not exceeding 40 hectares which, in the opinion of the Government, is necessary for the purpose of research and development.Chapter - VIII Land Tribunals
