Section 30(1) in Agricultural And Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985
(1)If the Central Government is satisfied that circumstances have arisen rendering it necessary that certain of the restriction imposed by this Act should cease to be imposed or if it considers necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, it may, by notification in the Official Gazette, suspend or relax to such extent and either indefinitely or for such period as may be specified in the notification, the operation of all any of the provisions of this Act.
