Section 10(a) in The Hyderabad Record of Rights in Land Regulation, 1358 Fasli
(a)any Revenue Officer or Village Patwari may, for the purpose of preparing or revising any map or plan required for or in connection with any record or register under this Regulation. exercise any of the powers of a Survey Officer under Section 78 of the Hyderabad Land Revenue Act;
