69. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice Act, 1997 (Act No. VIII of 1997) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of the Act.
