14. Persons to assist the Inspector.
(1)The Government may appoint such number of technical and other persons, as may be necessary and possessing such qualifications as may be prescribed, to assist the Inspector.(2)The powers and functions and other terms and conditions of service of persons appointed under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be prescribed.
