Section 35 in Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University Act, 2016
35. Creation of teaching and non-teaching posts.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the University shall not create any teaching and non-teaching posts or revise the pay scales of the teaching and non-teaching employees without obtaining the prior approval of the State Government:Provided that the State Government may delegate its powers under this section to the Vice-Chancellor or the Executive Council as and when the need arises for smooth functioning and growth of the University.
