Section 22(4) in The Alipurduar University Act, 2018
(4)No act or proceedings of the Court or any Body or authority constituted by the Court shall be invalid or called in question by reason of the existence of any vacancy, initial or subsequent, in the Court or in any body constituted by the Court, as the case may be.
