Section 36 in Goa Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2019
36. Furnishing of returns.
- Every clinical establishment shall, within such time or within such extended time, as may be prescribed in that behalf, furnish to the authority or the Council such returns or the statistics and other information in such manner, as may be prescribed by the Government from time to time.
