- If at any stage during the course of a trial of a case or proceeding, a juvenile court considers it expedient in the interest of the child to direct any person including the parent, guardian or the spouse of the child or the child himself to withdraw, the court shall be entitled to give such direction and thereupon such person shall withdraw. If any person refuses to withdraw, the court may take steps to remove him.
