Section 4(1) in The U.P. First Offenders' Probation Rules, 1939
(1)Any society desiring recognition under Section 9 (1) (b) of the Act may apply to the Judicial Secretary to the Government for such recognition and shall forward with the application,-(a)a copy of its rules and bye-laws;(b)a list of its office-bearers;(c)a list of its members; and(d)a statement of its financial position.
