(2)Anything done or any Action taken under any Order/Resolution/Circular before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be done or taken under this Act as if it were applicable under this Act.The Bill of Jharkhand Scheduled Tribes Bill, 2019 put on the Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha on 6th February, 2019 and this Bill passed on the date of 6th February, 2019.
