Section 7(1) in Andhra Pradesh School Education Management (Community Participation) Rules, 1998
(1)The Head Master shall convene the first meeting by giving one week's notice to all parents, sent through their wards returned duly attested by parents :Provided that no separate notice is required for the biannual meetings on last working day of June and December months.
