(2)Where no application is received from the legal representatives or his successor in office within the period specified in sub-rule (1), the proceedings against the deceased party shall abate:Provided that on good and sufficient reasons the Tribunal, on an application, from the legal representatives of the deceased party or his successor beyond the period specified in sub-rule (1) may set aside the order of abatement and substitute the legal representatives.
