Section 66(2)(vii) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008

(vii)prescribe the manner in which managing committees and subcommittees thereof shall be constituted, and provide for the appointment, suspension and removal of the members of managing committees and other officers, and for the procedure at meetings of managing committees and for the powers to be exercised and the duties to be performed by the managing committees and other officers.
