Section 30(a) in The Central India Spinning, Weaving and Manufacturing Company Limited, The Empress Mills, Nagpur (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1986
(a)having in his possession, custody or control any property forming part of the undertaking wrongfully withholds such property from the State Government or the Corporation or the new Government company or any person or body of persons specified by the State Government, Corporation or, as the case may be, new Government company, in this behalf; or
