Section 3(c) in Himachal Pradesh Home Guards Act, 1968
(c)"Local authority" means a municipality, small town or notified area committee, zila parishad, gram panchayat or other authority legally entitled to, or entrusted by the Government with the control or,management of the municipal or local fund;
