Section 31(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Underground Public Utilities (Acquisition of Rights of User in Land) Act, 2014

(1)The pending cases, if any, on the commencement of the Jammu and Kashmir Underground Public Utilities (Acquisition of Rights of User in Land) Ordinance, 2013 shall be decided in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
