Section 21(b) in The Jammu and Kashmir Standards of Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1997
(b)make or manufacture any weight or measure with indications thereon of any weight or measure in accordance with any unit other than the units of weight or measure specified by or under the Central Act.
