State of Tripura - Subsection

Section 22(1)(a) in The Tripura Co-operative Societies Rules, 1976

(a)immediately after the 30th June of every year and as soon as possible before annual general meeting, individual members admitted to membership up to the 30th June of the preceding year shall be elect delegates equal to one-fourth of the number of societies admitted to membership up to the relevant date. The delegates so elected will continue in office till their successors are elected after 30th June next;
