this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:_
i) Permit the Official Liquidator to avail the services of the e-
auction service provider e-Procurement Technologies Limited (Auction Tiger) for
the sale of assets of companies under liquidation;
and
ii) Pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may
deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
This General Report coming on for orders on this day upon hearing

ORDER
The above general report is filed seeking permission to avail the services of the e-auction service provider, e-Procurement Technologies Limited (Auction Tiger) for the sale of assets of the companies under liquidation. Learned counsel for the official liquidator submits that the said decision has been taken based on Annexure-A communication issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The charges levied by this particular e- auction service provider was found to be lowest, thereupon the official liquidator has selected the said e-auction service provider.
Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, the above general report is allowed.
