(2)[ Any Court trying an offence punishable under sub-section (1) may direct that any molasses and every animal, cart, vessel, container or conveyance used in carrying such receptacle or package containing such molasses in respect of which the court is satisfied that such offence has been committed shall be forfeited to the State Government.] [Substituted by U.P.
