Section 9(3)(i) in The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Specified Commodities Markets (Regulation of Location) Act, 1983

(i)to a member who is the member of Parliament shall not exceed the compensatory allowance as defined in the Parliament (Prevention of Disqualifications) Act, 1959 payable to him;
