103.
If any stores are required which are not included in the sanctioned estimate or in excess of the amount or quantity entered therein or which can not be obtained at the rates approved by the Board, supplementary estimates shall be submitted for the special sanction of the Board. In case of emergency the Chairman may sanction such estimate and lay it before the Board for approval at the next meeting.Note. - The rules 100 to 103 above do not apply to road metal supply for which provision has been made separately in Rule 149.Stock Account
